- A figure that looks out of date or wrong. Central Bank limits, stamp duty bands and scheme rules change, sometimes mid-year in the Budget. If something's drifted, tell me and I'll check it against Revenue and the Central Bank and fix it fast.
- A calculator you wish existed. If there's an Irish mortgage question you can't get a straight answer to anywhere, it's a good candidate to build.
